Have you ever met someone for a meeting, and felt a disconnect between the profile photo you saw online and the person standing in front of you shaking your hand? Having an up to date photo of yourself at your current age (and looking fabulous), with your current haircut and stlyed the way you normally wear it can go a long way to building trust with the people you meet. If you don’t look the way you appear online, it can feel a little off-putting to the person meeting you for the first time, especially if they researched you beforehand. Build trust, keep it fresh.
